Yitzak Fox, DO

2025 Fellow

Dr Fox is our current fellow here at CORI. He did his undergraduate studies at Florida International University. He received his Doctor of Osteopathy degree at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine-Bradenton. He then completed his Orthopedic surgery residency at Larkin Community Hospital In South Miami, FL. Yitzy is newly married to his wife, Caroline. His passion for adult reconstruction is what drove him to CORI.

Thomas Sajda, MD, PHD

2024 Fellow

Thomas Sajda, MD, PHD completed his undergraduate education at the University of Georgia. He obtained his MD at the University of Buffalo as well as receiving his PhD in Immunology and Molecular Biology. He then completed his Orthopedic Residency at the University of Rochester. After completing his fellowship here, he returned to Rochester, NY.

Kevin Kulwicki, MD

2023 Fellow

Kevin Kulwicki, M.D. is a fellowship trained surgeon in Knee and Hip reconstruction. This was Kevin's second fellowship in his career. Kevin attended Marquette University where he majored in Biomedical Engineering. He then attended Saint Louis Universiy where he earned his MD. He completed his internship at Madigan Army Medical Center . He completed his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at Tripler Army Medical Center. He served in the Army for 11 years, including a deployment to Iraq in 2005. He left the Army in 2007 and completed a Shoulder and Elbow Surgery fellowship at NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases. He also holds the Certificate of Additional Qualification in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine. Kevin married to his wife Nicole, who is a school nurse and they have a daughter, Calla. After completing his fellowship here with us, Kevin returned to Dallas, TX.

Scott Koenig, MD

2022 Fellow

Scott Koenig, M.D. is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in hip and knee replacement surgery including revision hip and knee replacement. He completed a fellowship in computer navigated and tourniquet-less total knee replacement as well as direct anterior total hip replacement with us. He graduated from the University of Virginia with a BA in Biology. He then earned his MD at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, where he was presented the Thomas E. Gillespie Award for Excellence in Orthopedics. He completed his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He is now practicing at Blue Ridge Orthopaedic & Spine Center.

Nathaniel Odor, MD

2021 Fellow

Nathaniel Odor, M.D. is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in hip and knee replacement surgery including revision hip and knee replacement. He completed a fellowship in computer navigated and tourniquet-less total knee replacement as well as direct anterior total hip replacement with us. He is certified in robotically-assisted hip and knee arthroplasty. Dr. Odor is focused on minimally invasive, rapid recovery joint replacement surgery, allowing some patients to go home the same day of surgery. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Oklahoma.

He and his wife are Oklahoma natives and chose to return to the Oklahoma City area following completion of his fellowship. They enjoy spending their free time in the outdoors at the lake, hiking, and camping at the lake.

Joseph Munn, MD

2020 Fellow

Joseph D. Munn, M.D., is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in hip, knee, and spine treatment at Orlin & Cohen. Before joining us in 2021, he completed a fellowship in computer navigated and tourniquetless knee replacements as well as direct anterior total hip replacements at the Colorado Orthopedic Research Institute in Lone Tree, CO. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Stony Brook University Hospital.

Ryan Carr, MD

2019 Fellow

Dr. Ryan Carr is a board-certified, dual-fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in disorders of the shoulder, hip, and knee. Procedures he performs includes joint replacements, advanced arthroscopic reconstruction surgery, and fracture management.

Dr. Carr received his medical degree from Chicago Medical School and completed his surgical residency in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at University of Illinois. He has trained with one of the most regarded shoulder surgeons in the country.

Cale Bonds, MD

2018 Fellow

Cale Bonds, MD treats patients with a variety of musculoskeletal disorders. He has over 10 years of experience in treating fractures and sports injuries. He also has extra training in adult hip and knee reconstruction as his practice is focused on hip and knee replacement surgery. 

He went to medical school at prestigious Washington University in Saint Louis, Missouri. He then did his residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of California, Davis. Following his formal education, he served 9 years on active duty in the Air Force, including one tour in Afghanistan. He was recognized as a 5280 Magazine Top Doctor in 2022.
